A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. As an owner-led, family-owned business, Josh personally walks every finished job with you.
Every roof we install includes a 5-year workmanship warranty that covers our installation.
Manufacturer warranties cover the materials, and we install every product to manufacturer spec so those warranties hold.
We're also part of the Contractor Directorii network, which provides a deposit protection guarantee at no charge to you and backs both our workmanship warranty and your manufacturer's warranties.
Optional annual inspection and maintenance plans help you keep your roof in good shape and catch small issues early.
