Five Steps From Inspection to Walkthrough
Every project follows the same simple path, so there are no surprises.
1. Free inspection. For roofs, that means an FAA-certified drone inspection with photos you keep. For siding, windows, and doors, Josh looks at the problem areas in person.
2. Line-item estimate. Materials, labor, and disposal are itemized, with good, better, best options where they make sense.
3. Scheduling and approvals. We prepare samples and spec sheets for HOA approval and set a realistic schedule.
4. Installation. Everything is installed to manufacturer spec so your warranties hold.
5. Cleanup and walkthrough. Full site cleanup, a magnet sweep, and a final walkthrough with Josh.
